Notes: Another vintage, another new cuvée from Jérôme, and it's an absolute delight! A blend of all his plots, half direct press, half macerated in whole bunches in the direct press juice. At first this hits you with the honeyed opulence of Chenin and Sauvignon Blanc, then giving in to the brambly fruit and green spice of those Loire reds. A thirst-quenching, zippy, bloody, charmer of a wine.

Jérôme began making wine in 2007 on hills around the Layon river which runs into the Loire a few kilometers from the domaine.
