Notes: From Albert's 'Serra de L'Eloi' plot, the grapes are macerated on their skins for 3 weeks in amphora, and then aged a further 9 months in amphora. This is a touch fuller and more ripe than the 2022 vintage. There's more marmelade-y depth, while still retaining the refreshing quality.
