Notes: A blend of gamay and pinot growing on the basalt and limestone-clay rich soils on the slopes of puy de Marmant and Corent (450–500m). Destemmed fruit is fermented in concrete, before aging in a mix of large and small barrels, and stoneware amphora for 12 months. Wonderful red currant-like fruit with an undertone of minerality and a smokey hint on the finish.
