Bubbles
An old favourite that always delivers. Zippy and fresh but with a fruity roundness that makes it as happy at the table as it is for aperitif.
Nacho’s wines are so complex, delicious, rich, but also thirst-quenching. This is brimming with heady quince notes.
A light maceration of Spergola from Emilia Romagna. Maybe one for the table as it comes into its own with food.
A great all-rounder. Fresh and fun with a salty leanness to balance the fruit.

100% Aligote. Fresh and with more delicate fruit and a crisp finish.
Rich and verging on opulent from old vines of Chenin Blanc. Zippy acidity to balance.
Chardonnay from an old plot of vines. Aged in barrel which gives it a classic edge.
This has been a firm favourite with us since we tasted it with Matthias in May. Heady fruit and salty minerality.
The Tricot’s older vine Chardonnay; dense and rich fruit, with some classic Auvergnat smoke.
Warmed by the Mediterranean sun, but freshened by the salt sea breeze.
Electric, zippy Chasselas from the banks of Lac Léman. Delicious!
Zingy Alpine brightness, with some richer stone fruit at the finish.
A delightful map for the strong flavours of your festive feast. Saline and aromatic, but with a strong structured core.
Chenin blanc from Anjou; crystalline energy, decadent fruit.
From one of the Baumberger family’s prized plots of Riesling. A classic.
Our “gateway” orange wine. Aromatic, pithy, enchanting.
Reds for the big day
Pitch perfect Pinot. Auvergnat at heart, but with a Burgundian lilt.
Dense and smoky Pinot Noir from Boudes in the Auvergne.
A welcome return of this old vine Gamay d’Auvergne. Dense fruit, salt, smoke.
A Bordeaux blend from western Slovenia that is aged in cherry wood barrels. Inky fruit matched by mineral freshness.
Wonderful Sangiovese from the hills outside Siena. Rich, opulent, but still thoroughly drinkable.
Malbec from its spiritual home on the banks of the Lot. Richness balanced by irony minerality.
Utterly enchanting. The warmth and density are beautifully balanced by fruit forward aromatics.
Chardonnay, Pinot noir, Gamay d’Auvergne. Plush and plump fruit.
Lean and spiced Alsatian Pinot. A punch of dense hedgerow fruit.
Some green spice, but richness from the barrels to balance it out.
Light and lithe, with lovely spice and delicate fruit.
Wow. Iron-y and bloody minerality, with rounded fruit.

Incredible Pinot from Anto. There’s a classic edge to it, warmed by the Southern sun, delicate fruit and spice.
This is special. Old vines of Gamay d’Auvergne but treated with a light touch.
Warm fruit, bright acidity and waves of complex herbal notes and iron-like minerality – delicious.
This has all the hallmarks of a ‘classic’ gewurztraminer; a heady tropical nose, rich stone fruit notes, but with zip for freshness, balance, and tension.
Warm, heady, rich, but there’s a litheness to it that draws you back in for more.
Notes of toffee apple that gives way to a sublime chalk-like minerality.
A special one. Intense fruit but light on the palate. One for the end of the night.
Dense and rich fruit, with a salty mineral edge.
Earthy, savoury, with a lovely lick of salt and a vibrant fruit-foward finish.
Spirits, Sweet & after dinner
A heady solera method Muscat. Lots of salty brightness to balance the deep sweetness.
A fascinating dry rancio wines from Jean-Luc and Isabelle. For the cheese course.
Less sweet than their Muscat, this has a real nutty depth.
Pacina’s version of vin santo, this is brighter and more complex, not just sweet and sticky.
Supple rounded fruit, deep with sweet ripeness, all balanced by a lick of salinity. An absolute delight at the end of a meal.
Semi-sweet, with some lip smacking acidity and a salty, nutty finish. This will disappear quickly!

Sanguine cherry fruit with a marzipan edge.
Clean and crisp, with some smooth opulence.
Magnums
Beautiful Gamay from Volvic. Deep and bloody fruit.
A beautiful and special magnum from JM. A heady mix of macerated Alsatian varieties.
Exceptional Pinot from Claire and Edo in Chalus. A perfect wine for the Christmas table.
Deep and rich orange wine from the Island of Giglio.
Sunny and warm, with some smooth tannin.
Chardonnay and Durella from the hills between Verona and Vicenza - some buttery richness but tempered by Durella aka la rabiosa.
Sauvignon blanc from Touraine. Great with food and one to push the boat out a bit.
Quite classic Alsatian Pinot, but with some zippy freshness and aromatic spice.
Delightful Beaujolais. Ripe summer fruits and delicate acidity.
