Notes: The Muscat here is from two plots on the slopes of Mount Karvounis and Agii Sarandides, deep basalt soils. This sees the longest maceration of their Muscats, at 40 days, and is then aged in old barrels. This is heady on the nose, and on the palate there are honeyed floral notes and some richness from the barrel ageing.
