Notes: There is spritz in this, which gives this bottle incredible energy. Gentle aromatics, delicious rhubarb-y fruit, with a gentle grip. 60% of the wine is niellucio, and all grapes are destemmed, and see a 45-day maceration in press juice. Fruit come from a single co-planted parcel on clay-limestone and iron-rich soils in Saint Chinian.

Notes: An 8-day wholebunch maceration of fruit from a single parcel planted on the iconic white galets. Grapes are pressed separately and juices blended before aging for 1 year in barrels and cement tanks. Delicate perfume, lifted acidity, and an incredible purity of fruit leading to a long spiced finish. Lovely now but will be even lovelier in a year or two.

Notes: Grown on a mix of gabbro and gneiss, the Cabernet Franc is pressed without maceration, and aged 18 months on the lees. The resulting wine is white with the slightest blush of pink. Notes: A welcome return of this exceptional Tuscan rosato – rich, bold, bloody, but also bursting with ripe fruit and a refreshing backbone of acidity. Juice from sangiovese is ‘bled’ from a tank after 8 hours, before fermentation in concrete tanks. The base wine is then combined with the skins of Trebbiano and Malvasia from the following year and fermented together. This rosato is only made in certain years!
